Conversion

Conversion allows you to convert assets quickly and efficiently. Whether you are working with commonly traded currency pairs or need assistance with more specialized ones, the conversion process is designed to be smooth and straightforward, giving you the flexibility and control you need.

How it Works: Automated conversion

Converting your assets is an easy 2-step process:

1. Go to Conversion > Convert, then select the asset you want to sell, the asset you want to buy, and the amount you wish to convert.

2. Click Get Final Rate to see the real-time rate for your conversion.

After reviewing your conversion details, simply click Confirm to execute the conversion. Your wallet holding the sell currency will be instantly debited, and your wallet holding the buy currency will be credited.

Example

You want to convert 50,000 EUR to USDC:

• Select EUR as the sell currency, USDC as the buy currency, and input 50,000 as the conversion amount.
• The platform will immediately display how much USDC you will receive at the current rate.

That’s it! You’ve completed your conversion, with funds automatically moved between your wallets.

Request a Quote for specialized currency pairs

For conversions involving currencies that are not available through the automated process, you can request a personalized quote. Here is how:

1. Select your Sell Currency and Buy Currency.
2. Enter the Amount you want to convert.
3. Submit your request.

Our trading desk will review your request and reach out to you with the current exchange rate and the equivalent amount you will have for the currency you are buying. You will receive personalized support to complete the conversion.

Example

You need to convert 100,000 ADA to AVAX:

• Select AVAX as the sell currency, ADA as the buy currency, and enter 100,000 as the conversion amount.
• Submit your request, and we will reach out to you to provide you with the exchange rate and the amount of AVAX you will receive.
