How to set up a EUR or USD named account?
Fipto named accounts let you send and receive payments with your business name appearing as the official source on all transactions. This eliminates verification delays and builds trust with your business partners, while giving you access to both European (SEPA) and global (SWIFT) payment networks from a single platform.
Which currencies and networks are available for named accounts?
Fipto currently supports named accounts in two major currencies:
- EUR named accounts: Access to SEPA network for efficient European transfers
- USD named accounts: Access to SWIFT network for global transactions
Each named account comes with a dedicated IBAN registered under your business name, ensuring professional payment processing.
Who can set up named accounts?
All Fipto clients can request named accounts for their businesses, but your company must first complete a dedicated onboarding process with our banking partners to gain access to the account creation capabilities.
Two ways to get onboarded:
- During initial Fipto onboarding: Request EUR/USD access upfront for a streamlined single onboarding process
- After you're already a Fipto client: Activate EUR or USD later directly in-app or by contacting [email protected]
Our account managers will guide you through the process and collect any required company documentation. The onboarding may require additional company documents for our banking partners' KYB (Know Your Business) process, but our team will be there to assist you and answer all your questions.
Once fully onboarded with our banking partners, you can set up your named accounts in EUR or USD directly from the Fipto platform.
